Terms of delivery:

Free Shipping for purchases over HK $3,000 (Except Tung chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay) If less than HK $3,000, we will charge HK$300 delivery fee.  Delivery to Ground Floor only.  Please contact us for any carry up service.

1. Delivery area includes Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Outlying Islands (only to the Ferry Terminal) Delivery charge for Tung chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay is HKD300.  Cash on delivery for any additional charge.

2. Delivery service is not applicable to restricted areas, road which prohibited truck weighted 5.5 tones or above, exhibition site, hotel, apartment under renovation, boat house/boat, construction site, container terminal, addresses where goods delivery have to go through the balcony. 

3. Delivery will be arranged within 7-14 days.

4. No-lift access fee: For buildings without lift or product can only access through staircases, there will be additional delivery charge of $60/$200(over sized products) per piece and per floor, up to 4 floors only.

5. Delivery time from Mon - Sat (Except public holiday), time from 9am - 8pm.  Delivery time may be varies due to different locations.   We appologize we cannot arrange delivery on exact time period.

6. In case of bad weather conditions, serious flooding or blocked or closed roads, the deliveries may be delayed or suspended. Patio Mart will contact the affected customer within 24 hours via email or phone for rescheduling of delivery and such delivery will be made within 7 days thereafter.

7. All items will be completed for delivery within 14 days from date of purchase.  There will be additional storage charge for any delayed delivery arrangement.

8. Delivery address must be allowed truck parking.

9. There will be no refund of delivery fee on delivery failure due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods at the appointed time. Should delivery be rescheduled in such circumstance, we will require additional delivery charges.

10. Cash on delivery for any additional charge.

Taiwan

Shipping rate calculation:
Shipping to Taiwan, rate HK$32 per KG. 
For example: 
Product A weight 4.4 kg/pc, product B weight 4.1 kg/pc,
Rate for 1 pc of A, weight=4.4KG, require 5KG shipping: 5xHK$32=HK$160.
Rate for 3 pcs of A, weight=13.2KG, require 14KG shipping: 14xHK$32=HK$448.
Rate for 1 pc of A with 2 pcs of B, weight=1x4.4+2x4.1=12.6KG, require 13KG shipping: 13xHK$32=HK$416.
